Job Title - E-Branch Relationship Manager - Cross Sell Unit
Job Purpose:
The E?Branch Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and deepening relationships with customers through virtual engagement channels. The role focuses on delivering superior service, driving sales of banking and financial products, and ensuring seamless digital banking adoption. By proactively understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions, the E?Branch RM enhances portfolio quality, strengthens customer loyalty, and supports the bank's digital?first service model.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management:
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular engagement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers via virtual channels.
• Sales & Cross-Selling:
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable banking/financial products.
• Achieve assigned sales targets for products like loans, credit cards, insurance, and investments.
• Service Delivery:
• Provide timely resolution to customer queries and complaints.
• Ensure compliance with service standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Portfolio Management:
• Monitor customer accounts and proactively suggest solutions for better financial planning.
• Retain high-value customers and reduce attrition.
• Digital Engagement:
• Promote usage of digital banking platforms and educate customers on online services.
