Team/Position Overview
Citi’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function is responsible to align and oversee risk management across Citibank. ERM is responsible for enterprise-level risk identification, risk appetite and limits, risk analytics, and risk frameworks and policies. The ERM operating model ensures consistent identification, measurement, monitoring, control and reporting of risk across individual risk categories and in aggregate.

The ERM CAO C13 role is a mid-level position responsible for working directly with the CAO team globally with a broad range of tasks supporting business and project management tasks for ERM. The successful candidate will interact with ERM CAO peers and managers in India and communicate directly with global ERM CAO team leads to help manage cross functional organization deliverables monthly. The candidate will ensure alignment with ERM’s internal and external commitments. As needed, the candidate will be added to ad-hoc projects. This position sits within the ERM CAO and Transformation team and will matrix report to the local team lead and have heavy interaction with ERM CAO leaders.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop a broad and detailed understanding of ERMs landscape, culture, processes, and support for planning, coordinating, and executing strategic & financial initiatives
  • Manage support for headcounts, expense, and other resources aligned with the budget
  • Interface with centralized staffing office on contractor hiring requirements
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of presentation materials for senior management meetings, town halls, business updates & reviews, etc.
  • Be a leader on transformation projects across ERM, as needed

Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of experience in Risk or relevant CAO/COO, Finance, Front Office/Business, or Management Consulting roles
  • Experience in a fast paced, large global firm environment.

  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a candidate who can positively and productively add impact
  • Self-reliant, good problem solver, results oriented with attention to detail
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent planning and task management skills; as well as strong focus on day-to-day execution with high attention to critical details
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with goal-oriented mindset

  • Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Able to work efficiently across the organization, with a broad group of stakeholders
  • Organized, self-motivated, energetic, persistent and responsible
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills; proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel
  • Coding in Python or R a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL beneficial



Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree in business or quantitative field required, Masters degree preferred
