CA Financials : CA Male/Female (1-2 yrs. Exp)/Inter CA (0 exp)Location : AhmedabadDescription:- Prepare consolidated and stanadalone financial reports and conduct analysis to identify key interpretations and viewpoint on cash flow, profitability and financial health of the business to present insights and data to senior leadership- Research and collate data and inputs on tax management, filing norms and regulations and implement measures to maximize tax savings while ensuring adherence to all tax requirements- Manage and implement processes for the tax filings as per required norms and ensure that all tax related requirements are completed within timelines.- Getting the internal, statutory, tax audit of book of accounts and while doing so take note of any observations and make changes to processes to ensure that all financial activities are in compliance with norms- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and analytics reports (sales flash, MIS, lead indicators, receivables, inventory, etc.) in line with IFRS accounting standards and share with business teams- Review key contracts and commercial transactions for the business from the lens of capital allocation, effect on P&L statement, impact on funds, associated risks and suggest ways to structure the transaction in a more efficient manner- Track operational spends/ budgets periodically and identify issues that can hinder profitability levels and provide inputs to the business heads for maximizing throughput- Organize trainings and provide support to internal process owners to strengthen internal control compliance- Analyze financial data, review and present financial reports- Prepare MIS report for monthly P & L presentation to management- Provide required data to internal & statutory auditors for auditing books of accounts- Process payments for plant after proper verifcation- Check all import related documents and calculate cost before processing of payments
