Qualifications:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Telecom Order Management Domain / Concept Wave.
• Experience as EOC/ECM developer required, version 16.x & higher.
• Solid understanding of one/both systems: EOC (Ericsson Order Care) and/or ECM (Ericsson Catalog Management) v16.x and above.
• Hands-on experience working on Business Processes, Workflows, Interface calls, etc.
• Prior experience delivering projects in EOC/ECM/ON/OM or as part of an ADM team.
• Strong experience in configuration of products with respect to SID model in Catalog & publishing.
• Knowledge in Catalog-driven orchestration framework.
• Experience with Business rules, Info models, MDRs, etc.
• Expertise in EOC Exception handling, Workflow manager, and other Error handlings.
• Proven experience developing Business processes in EOC16.x & above.
• Strong knowledge of integration using Web Services (REST, SOAP, MQ).
• Skilled in XML, XSD, JSON, and Java scripting.
• Experience with Oracle usage.
• Prior exposure to handling Production defects.
• Thorough understanding of all components of the platform and infrastructure.
• Expected to quickly gain understanding of the existing application and flow.

Good to Have / Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Telecom BSS/OSS domain knowledge beyond EOC/ECM.
• Ability to work in Agile/SAFe environments.
