Key Responsibilities
To provide assistance in Industrial relations activities through coordination & arrangement of meeting with union members in order to facilitate timely conduct of industrial relations activities.
To check & process all types of loan application with minimum lead time to ensure timely processing of application while meeting all loan criteria.
To check the absenteeism of regular staff, workers,casuals,apprentices etc through proper monitoring of their attendance data in order to minimize the absenteeism.
To process & maintain all type of documents like correspondence with government official and union body, agreement with union etc by providing direction and instruction to typist in order to facilitate proper and timely document.
To establish & maintain liaison with local bodies & government official through proper communication & coordination in order to facilitate the timely settling down of any kind of labour , criminal & civil etc cases of company.
