Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Erection Engineer with a strong background in installing ETP, STP, and WTP systems ranging from 100 KLD to 5 MLD. The candidate should be well-versed in mechanical erection, piping layout, civil interface, utility integration, and site supervision for water and wastewater projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute on-site erection and installation of ETP/STP/WTP plants from civil handover to commissioning stage

Review and interpret P&ID, GA, and isometric drawings to ensure correct equipment and pipeline installation

Ensure proper alignment, levelling, grouting, and anchoring of mechanical equipment like pumps, blowers, tanks, diffusers, clarifiers, etc.

Coordinate with civil contractors, electricians, instrument engineers, and automation teams for smooth execution

Manage manpower, resources, and tools efficiently at site to meet project timelines

Monitor quality of fabrication, welding, hydrotesting, and equipment handling as per site safety protocols

Coordinate with OEMs for equipment delivery, lifting, and commissioning

Maintain daily site reports, material consumption logs, and erection progress sheets

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and technical guidelines

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering

5+ years of hands-on experience in erection and installation of water/wastewater treatment plants (ETP/STP/WTP)

Proven ability to handle project sizes from 100 KLD to 5 MLD independently

Strong technical understanding of MBR, UF, RO, EC, and Physio-Chemical systems

Ability to read and work from P&IDs, fabrication drawings, and layout plans

Experience with material handling, alignment tools, safety standards, and basic instrumentation

Willingness to travel and stay at project sites across India

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
