Thirumala Roofing's and Structurals is hiring an experienced Erection Engineer to handle erection and installation projects at site. The role demands strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience in structural erection, and effective site supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute erection and installation of structural components at project sites Supervise site workers and contractors to ensure smooth workflow Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications Ensure erection activities are carried out as per safety and quality standards Monitor daily progress, maintain records, and prepare site reports Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients for timely execution Identify and resolve technical/site issues during erection work Inspect completed erection work to ensure accuracy and compliance

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Erection Engineer Must have experience in manufacturing or construction companies Strong knowledge of structural erection and site management Good problem-solving and communication skills Ability to travel and manage multiple project sites
