Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Erection & Commissioning Engineer

with hands-on expertise in

Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Water Treatment Plants (WTP), and Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems

. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation erection activities, followed by testing and commissioning of water and wastewater treatment plants.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute erection and installation of equipment, pipelines, pumps, tanks, control panels, and related systems. Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely and quality execution. Ensure correct alignment, leveling, and fitting of mechanical components. Perform functional testing, trial runs, and full commissioning of treatment plants. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during erection and commissioning phases. Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards on site. Prepare and maintain documentation such as daily reports, checklists, test records, and commissioning protocols. Provide technical support and training to client/site personnel post-commissioning. Attend site meetings and report progress and issues to project management.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, Chemical) or any relevant technical field. 2-5 years of experience in erection and commissioning of STP, ETP, WTP, and RO systems. Sound knowledge of pumps, blowers, piping, valves, instrumentation, and PLC/SCADA systems. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and electrical schematics. Willingness to travel to project sites across regions. Strong problem-solving and team coordination skills. Good communication and documentation skills.
