Years of experience



: Should have 3 ~ 5 years of relevant experience post qualification.



Nature of experience



: Knowledge of Vehicle Inspection Activity as per Standards. Line inspectors and associates management.Understanding of Engineering Drawing/Inspection standards into Process Standards for Inspectors. Knowledge about vehicle driving and testing. Assessing new vehicles in trials, giving feedbacks and ensuring closure of issues. Knowledge about vehicle inspection equipments.



Knowledge about ISO and Quality systems



Knowledge about Japanese Practices like 5S,3G,3K,3R,Horenso etc



Knowledge about regulations. Line quality handling and problem analysis



Nature of Work



: Vehicle Inspection after Assembly Stage



Regulation mass production vehicle quality inspection to ensure zero defects at customer



Development (Inspection & Evaluation) of Vehicles



New Model development , testing and inspection process standardization.



Cost Reduction



Ability to train new inspectors for Capability Improvement & skill development
