Job Description

Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances, conflicts, and workplace issues. Conduct investigations into employee complaints, disciplinary issues, or policy violations in a fair and confidential manner. Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention. Collaborate with operations and management teams to resolve performance or behavioral issues. Support HR leadership in disciplinary actions, terminations, and documentation processes. Monitor employee satisfaction and assist in creating surveys, feedback sessions, and focus groups. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Maintain accurate and updated employee relations records and reports. Provide coaching and guidance to supervisors on employee relations and conflict management. Participate in policy development, review, and communication.
