- ER Coordinator (Emergency Department)

Coordinate patient flow in the Emergency Room for quick and efficient care. Assist in triage support and ensure timely registration and documentation. Act as the communication link between doctors, nurses, and support teams. Monitor bed availability, emergency resources, and ER readiness. Maintain accurate records of ER admissions, procedures, and patient updates. Support emergency protocols, code situations, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Provide clear communication to patient families as per hospital guidelines. Qualities:- 1-2years of experience as ER-coordinator in any hospital. Good communication skills to talk with doctors, nurses, patients, and families. Stays calm and focused during emergencies. Able to multitask and manage patient flow smoothly.
