Job Title: Equity Relationship Manager Department: Accounting & Finance Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1-5 Years Salary Range: o ?25,000 to ?41,600 per month (based on experience & performance) Industry: Finance / Investment / Broking / Banking Role Overview As an Equity RM, you will play a key role in driving equity broking revenues, managing client portfolios, and delivering advisory-led investment solutions. The role includes growing AUM, expanding client relationships, and enabling trading for both retail and HNI clients. Key Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities o Handle equity sales with special focus on HNI clients o Generate revenue through equity, commodities, and investment products o Build Net Interest Income through Margin Trade Funding (MTF) o Acquire new clients and increase revenues from new accounts o Activate trading accounts and assist new investors in understanding market dynamics o Place orders for clients and support them in online trade execution o Provide daily trade confirmations and market updates o Profiling clients and suggesting suitable equity products based on risk appetite o Drive asset gathering through Advisory products, IPOs, ETFs and more Contributing Responsibilities o Achieve branch-level targets on broking revenue, AUM, and client acquisition o Maintain high client service standards and relationship quality o Conduct a minimum of one client meeting per day o Support continuous enhancement of client engagement Technical & Behavioural Competencies o Excellent written and verbal communication skills o Fluency in local language preferred o Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills o Self-motivated, process-oriented, and target-driven o Good team player with the ability to adapt and learn quickly Qualifications o Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream (Finance preferred) o Knowledge of capital markets is essential o Mandatory Certifications: o NISM Series VIII - Equity Derivatives o NISM - Commodity If you are enthusiastic about financial markets and aspire to build a rewarding career in equity advisory and client management, this opportunity could be an excellent fit.
