equity & derivatives trade orders on behalf of clients with accuracy on terminal.
Develop and maintain
long term client relationships to ensure high customer retention and support business growth.
Handle and resolve
client queries related to trades & accounts.
Client & Account Management:
Process Demat/Trading account opening forms, handle Know Your Client (KYC) documentation, and manage client data.
Trade Operations:
Assist with pay-ins, payouts, settlements, and reconciliations for trades.
Knowledge:
Understanding of SEBI regulations, stock market mechanics, KYC, DP operations.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office, data management tools, and back-office software.
Soft Skills:
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, good communication etc.
Education:
Bachelor's degree (Commerce, Finance, Business Admin preferred), NISM Certification (preferred but not necessary)
