We have vacancy in Fintech Company - Securities /Broking industry, in Mumbai - Kurla

Job Title: Senior Equity Dealer

Location: Mumbai Department: Dealing / Equity Trading

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

Reports To: Head - Dealing

Job Objective: To manage client trade executions in equity and derivatives markets with high accuracy, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide trading support to HNI/retail clients, while contributing to revenue through active client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute client orders across equity, F&O, commodity, and currency segments via terminal (NSE/BSE/MCX).

Monitor markets, identify trading opportunities, and support clients with realtime market insights.

Ensure prompt and error-free order execution while maintaining trading discipline.

Coordinate with clients on margin calls, payouts, order confirmations, and RMS issues.

Maintain compliance with SEBI, exchange rules, and internal risk policies.

Assist Relationship Managers or RM desk with execution support and trade queries.

Analyze client trading patterns and suggest basic technical inputs if needed.

Prepare and maintain trade logs, reconciliation, and client MIS reports as required.

Liaise with the back-office team for settlements, ledger queries, and demat related issues.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of equity markets, derivatives, and trading platforms (e.g., ODIN, NOW, NEST, or other RMS tools).

Sound understanding of NSE/BSE regulations and SEBI guidelines.

Attention to detail and accuracy under time pressure.

Good client-handling and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage HNI trades efficiently.

Technical analysis knowledge is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or Economics

Mandatory: NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) and NISM Series VII (Securities Operations and Risk Management)

Optional: NISM Series XV (Research Analyst)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
