We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented

Equity Dealer Interns

to join our team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to equity markets, trading operations, and client servicing. Interns will work closely with senior dealers and managers, gaining valuable learning experience in financial markets and trading execution.

Key Roles & Learning Opportunities

Assist in executing equity trades on behalf of clients under supervision. Support client servicing by resolving queries and ensuring a positive experience. Learn how to maintain trade records, compliance documentation, and MIS reporting. Gain exposure to client relationship management and revenue-generation strategies. Assist in sales promotion activities and data mining for potential clients. Work with mentors on trade selection, market insights, and investment strategies. Participate in operational and business-related tasks to understand end-to-end processes.
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Keen interest in equity markets, trading, and financial services. Analytical thinking with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of capital markets (preferred).
Qualifications

Pursuing Graduation/Post-graduation in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Management, or related fields. NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification is a plus (not mandatory for interns).
