Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Equity Dealer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of equity markets, trade execution, client servicing, and sales-oriented responsibilities such as cross-selling, client acquisition, and handling HNI/Ultra HNI clients.
Key Responsibilities
Dealing & Trade Execution - Execute equity trades accurately and on time as per client instructions. - Monitor market movements, stock prices, and provide timely updates to clients. - Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management - Acquire new retail, HNI, and Ultra HNI clients through various channels. - Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by providing market insights and high-quality service. - Understand client requirements and risk appetite to recommend suitable investment strategies.
Cross-Selling & Revenue Generation - Cross-sell financial products such as mutual funds, PMS, insurance, bonds, IPOs, and other investment products. - Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and business development targets. - Identify opportunities to enhance wallet share and deepen client engagement.
B2B Sales & Business Growth - Manage and expand B2B partnerships with sub-brokers, franchisees, and corporate clients. - Support channel partners with market updates, product knowledge, and trade facilitation. - Drive business expansion through strategic alliances and networking.
Required Skills & Qualifications - Minimum 1.5 years of experience as an Equity Dealer, Equity Advisor, or similar role. - NISM 8 certification preferred/mandatory (as per company requirement). - Strong understanding of equity markets, trading platforms, and investment products. - Excellent communication, analytical, and client-handling skills. - Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
