Job Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Direct, lead and manage workload of direct reports in the Mumbai GEO Transformation team in coordination with other GEO Transformation Regional, Line of Business and Program leads to deliver the global Book of Work

\xc2\xb7 Recruit, and Mentor team members to cultivate their skills in role core competencies

\xc2\xb7 Project Lead managing the delivery of projects for Global Equities Operations, including: requirement gathering, managing execution of test strategies, and go-live preparation in accordance with the Team\'s best in class protocols

\xc2\xb7 Role encompasses business analysis to identify, assess, and articulate near-term business needs, advise businesses on options, risks, and costs of technology solutions versus benefits

\xc2\xb7 Proactively communicate global and local business requirements/priorities to key stakeholders; solicit feedback and obtain sign-off on project documentation.

\xc2\xb7 Facilitate implementation of new functionality through training sessions, demos, and the development of training material.

\xc2\xb7 Regular presentation of project progress, risks, and issues to diverse groups of senior management

\xc2\xb7 Improving our team\'s use of Project data, incorporating into management presentations and trend analyses, using MIS applications (Including Qlikview and similar - Alteryx and Tableau)

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with Trading, Product Development, Business Managers and Middle Office Leads to understand their needs and priorities.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate and collaborate across business and technology functions to ensure comprehensive solutions are delivered.

\xc2\xb7 Define and manage the scope of projects, anticipating issues and proactively recommending solutions.

\xc2\xb7 Perform root cause analysis to distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.

\xc2\xb7 Scope, elicit, analyse and document business requirements using a variety of techniques and tools.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

\xc2\xb7 At least 5 years experience working in the financial industry, understanding of Equity Derivatives and BA/PM skills as a must. Knowledge of regulatory landscape a big plus.

\xc2\xb7 Experience managing small, medium, and large scale projects from inception through completion independently, utilizing Project Management / Business Analyst / Design skills

\xc2\xb7 Manage Large-Scale Tests, with Hands-on UAT experience, to orchestrate multiple workstreams for Status Tracking, Reporting, Defect Management and Issue resolutions

\xc2\xb7 Excellent Project Management skills with a track record in delivering complex projects on behalf of Front Office / Operations / Technology.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to analyze and document complex current state and future state processes using BPM tools.

\xc2\xb7 Experience with data analytics; using analytics tools to understand large volumes of data and use it to make decisions.

\xc2\xb7 Experience of preparing for and running UAT.

\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of trade processes and flows.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent problem solving skills to identify, understand and address operational and technical issues.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including senior executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

\xc2\xb7 A self motivated individual, able to deliver with minimal supervision, whilst working effectively in a team.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and perform in a flexible work environment

\xc2\xb7 Fluency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and SharePoint

\xc2\xb7 Deep skills with regards to creation of Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specifications, and Test Plans.

\xc2\xb7 Strong public speaking and presentation experience to stakeholders

\xc2\xb7 Working experience with Clearing products and lifecycle, including: Futures, Options, OTC Derivatives, and margining

\xc2\xb7 Working experience with Equities products including: Equities Cash and Derivatives, Prime Cash and Synthetics, and Stock Borrow Loan
