Job Description

Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results Ensures safe and reliable assets are available to meet operational requirements. Manages effective utilization of vehicle assets. Conducts fleet evaluations to ensure maintenance standards are met. Ensures maintenance shops are adequately staffed and mechanics are properly trained. Ensures vehicle management systems are effectively utilized. Complies with and ensures adherence to all safety standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations. Continually focuses on achieving market profitability through effective management of all equipment and maintenance activities within the assigned area, including cost control, employee development, and high training and safety standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
