We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Equipment Engineer

to join our

SMT Engineering Department

.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, program, and maintain

Pick & Place machines, SPP, and other SMT equipment

.

Perform routine

machine calibration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting

.

Support the

SMT production process

to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.

Monitor

production yield and defect rates

, and work towards achieving target KPIs.

Assist in analyzing defects and implementing corrective actions to improve process reliability.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related discipline.

0-1 year of experience in

SMT equipment or electronics manufacturing

Knowledge of

SMT processes, Pick & Place machines, machine programming, and SPP

.

Basic understanding of

CPK (Process Capability Index)

and quality metrics.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CAD or ERP tools is an advantage.
