Job Overview:We're looking for a motivated XML/EPUB Specialist with 0-2 years of hands-on experience in digital publishing. The ideal candidate will be familiar with XML, EPUB standards (EPUB 2/3), and digital content workflows, with attention to detail and a passion for well-structured digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

Convert source content (Word, InDesign, etc.) into structured XML and valid EPUB 2/3 files Validate EPUB files using tools like EPUBCheck Work with XHTML, CSS, and metadata for ebooks Maintain and improve XML workflows for content processing Ensure conformance with accessibility standards and digital publishing best practices Collaborate with QA to fix errors and optimize outputs

Required Skills:

0-2 years experience in XML and EPUB production Understanding of EPUB structure (OPF, NCX, NAV, etc.) Hands-on with XML, XHTML, CSS, and metadata tagging Experience with tools like Oxygen XML Editor, Sigil, Calibre, or InDesign-to-EPUB exports Familiar with EPUBCheckand accessibility/validation tools

Pay: ?229,178.59 - ?1,286,209.25 per year
