Your challengesEffective communication skills to communicate with customers on regular basis and manage the existing customer relations and establish new customer accounts Ability to project professional demeanor and a person of integrity, honesty and trustworthy in every aspect Accountable to the responsibilities assigned by the company and the reporting managers Receptive to constructive feedback Adapt to time management, able to work with deadlines Ability to work at different levels within an account Understanding of B2B process Demonstrates achievement of set objectives for a period of minimum 7 years Should collaborate, cooperate and communicate within the eppendorf team for providing better solutions to customers Should be committed to the sales target Ensure to manage & collaborate with dealers/channel partners

Your expertiseMinimum of 3-4 years of relevant sales experience in life sciences, biopharma or laboratory instruments and consumables. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets. Ability to engage with scientists, procurement teams, and senior decision-makers in private sector accounts. Key understanding of customer applications and workflows. Knowledge of purchasing process, dealer network and competitive landscape. Strong working relationship with customers and channel partners. Experience in handling Private sector accounts will be an added advantage. Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently Bachelor's degree in sciences (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry or related field), having master's degree in science will be an added advantage.
