Solution Design & Implementation


Lead the end-to-end design and deployment of Oracle Cloud EPM Planning modules, including Financials, Workforce, Projects, and Capital.


Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable planning solutions using Oracle best practices.


Architect planning models that support driver-based forecasting, rolling forecasts, and scenario modeling.


Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Engagement


Facilitate workshops and interviews with finance, operations, and IT stakeholders to understand planning needs.


Document functional and technical requirements, process flows, and solution design specifications.


Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through planning transformation initiatives.


Configuration & Development


Build and configure planning forms, dashboards, business rules (Groovy/Calculation Manager), and approval workflows.


Develop integrations using Data Management, EPM Automate, and REST APIs to connect EPM with ERP and other systems.


Optimize performance and usability of planning applications through thoughtful design and testing.


Testing & Quality Assurance


Create and execute unit, system, and user acceptance test plans.


Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data loads, calculations, and user access.


Ensure solutions meet functional requirements and deliver accurate, timely insights.


5. Training & Change Management


Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure adoption and effective use of planning tools.


Support change management efforts by communicating benefits and guiding users through new processes.


6. Post-Go-Live Support & Continuous Improvement


Provide hyper care and ongoing support after deployment, addressing user feedback and system enhancements.


Monitor application performance and recommend improvements to enhance usability and scalability.


7. Documentation & Governance


Maintain comprehensive documentation including design specs, configuration guides, and user manuals.


Ensure compliance with internal governance, security, and audit requirements.


8. Thought Leadership & Innovation


Stay current with Oracle Cloud EPM updates, new features, and industry trends.


Propose innovative planning solutions that improve forecasting accuracy and business agility.


Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and mentoring of junior team members.



Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud EPM Planning modules. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze planning and budgeting requirements. Design and configure planning applications including forms, business rules, dashboards, and data integrations. Develop and maintain calculation scripts, data maps, and automation routines using EPM Automate and Data Management. Conduct system testing, user training, and post-implementation support. Provide functional and technical guidance to clients and internal teams. Document solution architecture, configuration, and user guides. Stay current with Oracle EPM product updates and best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM Planning. Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Proficiency in Smart View, Data Management, and EPM Automate. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Oracle EPM certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:


Experience with additional Oracle EPM modules such as Strategic Modeling or Profitability and Cost Management. Familiarity with scripting languages (Groovy, SQL) for advanced business rules. Experience integrating EPM with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP). Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
