Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Epicor ERP Integration Specialist to lead integrations between Epicor ERP and various enterprise applications. This role focuses on Accounting, Financial, Supply Chain, and Inventory modules, ensuring seamless data flow, accuracy, and operational efficiency across systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions using Epicor tools. Lead integration projects between Epicor ERP and internal platforms (Accounting, Financials, Supply Chain, etc.). Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to define technical specifications for GL, AP, AR, and related workflows. Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation for accuracy and consistency. Troubleshoot and resolve integration and reconciliation issues across systems. Develop and maintain BPMs (Business Process Management) for automation and customization. Utilize Epicor BAQ (Business Activity Query) and dashboard tools for analytics and reporting. Implement and manage database backup, restore, and recovery procedures. Use Epicor Service Connect or Integration Studio for seamless integrations. Create and maintain comprehensive integration and process documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting Information Systems, or related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience integrating Epicor ERP systems, especially Accounting and Financial modules. Strong SQL and SSRS expertise (ETL, SSIS, DMT) with proven experience in data imports - very important*.
Practical understanding of Supply Chain and Inventory business flows. Skilled in writing and optimizing stored procedures, views, and functions. Proficiency with Epicor Data Management Tool and Epicor Service Connect. Experience with BPMs, BAQs, dashboards, and integration best practices. Knowledge of ERP architecture, financial data structures, and GAAP principles (preferred). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
