CTG is seeking a skilled Epic SER Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, provider data management knowledge, and hands-on experience supporting Epic's SER workflows. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and efficient provider records across the Epic system, supporting both operational needs and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary coordinator for Epic's SER, ensuring provider records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, and IT teams to maintain provider data integrity across modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to provider records, including credentialing, specialties, and scheduling associations.
• Implement updates and enhancements to improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
• Monitor provider data for consistency across Epic applications (Cadence, Prelude, PB/HB Billing, etc.).
• Partner with leadership to prioritize tasks and deliverables while adhering to organizational standards.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on SER-related workflows and best practices.

Requirements

• Epic SER Certification (required).
• Strong knowledge of provider data management, credentialing, and Epic workflows.
• Experience coordinating provider records across multiple Epic modules.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex data issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $155,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
