CTG is seeking a skilled Epic Revenue Cycle Referral Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, revenue cycle application knowledge, and hands-on experience supporting referral and authorization workflows. This role is critical in ensuring seamless functionality of Epic's referral management tools, supporting both break/fix issues and application enhancements to improve patient access and reimbursement outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate as a member of the Epic analyst team, providing developer-level support.
• Apply deep understanding of referral and authorization workflows to optimize system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve break/fix issues within Epic's referral management and revenue cycle modules.
• Implement application enhancements to improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
• Ensure payer authorization requirements are met to reduce claim denials and improve revenue capture.
• Work effectively within an established team structure, contributing to shared goals.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize tasks and deliverables.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on referral and authorization workflows.

Requirements

• Epic Certification in a Revenue Cycle module (such as Referrals, Prelude, Cadence, or PB/HB Billing).
• Extensive experience with referral management, prior authorization, and revenue cycle workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $115,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
