CTG is seeking a skilled Epic Hospital Billing (HB) / HB Claims Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, revenue cycle application knowledge, and hands-on experience supporting hospital billing and claims workflows. This role is critical in ensuring seamless functionality of Epic's HB and Claims modules, supporting both break/fix issues and application enhancements.
Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate as a member of the Epic analyst team, providing developer-level support.
• Apply deep understanding of hospital billing and claims applications to optimize system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve break/fix issues within the HB and Claims modules.
• Implement application enhancements to improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
• Work effectively within an established team structure, contributing to shared goals.
• Partner with the manager to prioritize tasks and deliverables.

Requirements

• Epic HB Certification (required).
• Experience with HB Claims workflows and revenue cycle application support.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex billing and claims issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $105,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
