CTG is seeking a skilled Epic Ambulatory JJT Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, clinical application knowledge, and hands-on experience supporting outpatient and clinic workflows. This role is critical in ensuring seamless functionality of Epic's Ambulatory module, specifically within Justification of Joint Therapy (JJT) workflows, supporting both break/fix issues and application enhancements.
Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate as a member of the Epic analyst team, providing developer-level support.
• Apply deep understanding of ambulatory applications and JJT workflows to optimize system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve break/fix issues within the Ambulatory JJT module.
• Implement application enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Work effectively within an established team structure, contributing to shared goals.
• Partner with the manager to prioritize tasks and deliverables.

Requirements

• Epic Ambulatory Certification (required).
• Experience with JJT workflows and outpatient clinical application support.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $120,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
