Key Responsibilities:
Handle
EPF & ESIC registration, updates, and monthly compliance
.
Prepare and submit
PF & ESIC challans, returns, and reports
on time.
Ensure accurate
UAN generation, KYC updates
, and member maintenance.
Monitor
new government rules, circulars, and amendments
related to EPF, ESIC, and labour laws.
Maintain proper records of
attendance, wages, and statutory registers
.
Coordinate with
auditors, inspectors, and government departments
during inspections.
Resolve employee queries regarding
PF withdrawals, transfers, ESIC benefits
, etc.
Support payroll team in statutory deductions and calculations.
Ensure full compliance with
EPF Act, ESIC Act, Bonus, Gratuity, and other labour regulations
.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in
Commerce / HR / Administration
or equivalent.
Minimum
2-4 years
of experience in EPF & ESIC compliance.
Strong knowledge of:
EPF Act & Portal
ESIC Act & Portal
Latest government notifications and statutory rules
Good computer skills:
MS Excel, PF & ESIC portals, payroll software
.
Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently with accuracy and responsibility.
