of EPABX systems, VoIP gateways, intercom networks, and related telecom infrastructure at client sites. The role requires strong technical knowledge of telephony systems, structured cabling, and customer support to ensure uninterrupted communication services for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and test
EPABX / IP-PBX systems
(Analog, Digital, Hybrid, or VoIP-based).
Perform site surveys and prepare installation plans for new projects.
Carry out
wiring, termination, and labeling
for voice and data networks.
Integrate
EPABX with GSM, PRI, SIP, and VoIP gateways
.
Coordinate with client IT teams for network and trunk configurations.
Conduct
diagnostics and resolve hardware/software faults
in PBX systems.
Provide
on-site support
for breakdowns, upgrades, and maintenance (AMC/CMC).
Maintain proper documentation of installation, service calls, and reports.
Train end users on call features and system usage.
Ensure compliance with company service standards and SLAs.
Coordinate with OEM support teams (e.g., Matrix, NEC, Panasonic, etc.) for escalations.
