We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven

Environmental Manager

to oversee the operation and maintenance of our

Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD)

and

Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)

systems. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in environmental compliance, wastewater treatment technologies, and team leadership.

Qualifications:

Master's degree

in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related field.

5 to 10 years of experience

in managing ZLD and ETP operations. In-depth knowledge of wastewater treatment technologies (RO, MEE, UF, biological treatment, etc.). Familiarity with SCADA/PLC-based control systems. Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance procedures. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Certification in environmental management or wastewater treatment (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of ZLD and ETP facilities to ensure consistent and compliant performance. Lead and manage a team of operators and technical staff. Monitor critical parameters and ensure compliance with CPCB/SPCB norms and environmental laws. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records of operational data, maintenance, and regulatory compliance. Conduct internal audits and facilitate external inspections. Drive process improvements and cost-effective operational strategies.

Salary is negotiable and will be based on experience.
