Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

EIA Coordinator

to support Environmental Impact Assessment projects. The candidate will work closely with senior consultants and project teams to collect technical data, prepare EIA applications, and assist in documentation and presentations for regulatory authorities such as the

State Expert Appraisal Committee (SEAC)

.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and submission of

EIA reports, EMPs, and related documentation

for water and wastewater treatment projects. Coordinate with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams to gather project-specific environmental data. Conduct field surveys, environmental monitoring, and baseline data collection. Prepare presentations and reports for SEAC and other statutory meetings. Track regulatory approvals and compliance requirements for projects. Support senior consultants in

environmental clearances, permits, and audits

. Maintain organized project documentation and databases. Stay updated on environmental regulations, policies, and industry best practices.

Key Skills:

Knowledge of

Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) procedures

and environmental regulations. Understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes. Data collection, monitoring, and report preparation skills. Strong communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and report documentation. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

B.E/B.Tech in Environmental Engineering / Environmental Science / Civil / Chemical Engineering

2-5 years

experience in EIA, environmental consulting, or water/wastewater treatment projects
