Role Overview
We are looking for a
Senior Environmental Graphic Designer
to lead the creative development and implementation of environmental graphics across museums, exhibitions, and cultural installations. This is a hands-on role requiring design excellence, spatial insight, and production know-how to transform visual narratives into engaging, large-scale environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the conceptualization and execution of environmental graphics, including wayfinding systems, signage, murals, and exhibit branding
Collaborate closely with architects, curators, and project managers to ensure cohesive design integration across spaces
Develop site-specific graphic solutions that enhance storytelling and visitor experience
Prepare production-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors for fabrication and installation
Ensure all outputs meet aesthetic, technical, and budgetary requirements
Oversee material selection, print specifications, and on-site quality control
Manage project timelines and mentor junior designers where required
Requirements
5-6 years of experience in environmental, experiential, or exhibition graphic design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Strong spatial awareness and a keen eye for typography, layout, and branding
Experience with large-format graphics, print production, and fabrication techniques
Ability to work under tight deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and vendor coordination skills
Familiarity with cultural, museum, or heritage design projects is a plus
