Desired Candidate Profile

Proven working experience as a Supervisor. Knowledge of mechanical, plumbing and electrical. Knowledge of Safety and Personal Protective Equipment Proper Training ability to the team Hands-on experience with recruiting suitable manpower for the team. 2-wheeler and/or 4-wheeler license; transport license preferred People-oriented and results-driven. Extremely organized and detail-oriented. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Team player Good time-management skills Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.

Ensure the Treatment Plant is in good working condition at all times Train the new Operators to run the Treatment Plant Co-ordination with the Client's Engineering Department Site visits on a regular basis Daily follow-ups with the Team Ensure the technical parameters are met at all times Maintain a database of the timelines when spares are to be changed Act as a reliever in times of emergency Inform the Manager about the Action Plan, if the Treatment Plant is not running as required Should be able to sort minor technical issues

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
