Job Description

• Develop and implement Environmental Management Plan and emergency response plans for environmental incidents.
• Stay informed about all local, state, and National environmental regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant environmental laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address potential environmental compliance issues.
• Conduct environmental impact assessments for the project or changes to existing processes.
• Provide recommendations for mitigating adverse environmental effects and improving overall environmental performance of the project.
• Develop and implement sustainable practices to minimize the environmental impact of the organization's operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental considerations into business processes.
• Identify and implement energy-saving initiatives and waste reduction programs.
• Collect and analyze environmental data to track and report on key performance indicators.
• Prepare reports summarizing environmental performance and recommend areas for improvement.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and non-governmental organizations.
• Develop and deliver environmental training programs for employees to enhance awareness and compliance.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities and teams to ensure a timely and effective response to environmental emergencies.
• Take necessary immediate measures to address any grievances raised by the local community.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in environmental performance.
