Our client is a Smart Air Quality Monitoring Solutions company offering data-driven environmental solutions for better decision making. Using our sensor-based hardware, we monitor various environmental parameters related to air quality, noise, odour, weather, radiation etc.

Experience: - 0-3 years
Job time 10:00 am to 6:30 pm 5 days working
Education: - B.Tech/B.E/M.E Environment/ Chemical/Petrochemical or a strong engineering or science educational background in the Environmental domain. Freshers may apply.
Description:
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team who will be in charge of air quality data support and analysis as well as assist in various air quality-related studies.
Responsibilities:
xe2x97x8f Overall in charge of their air quality data support & related activities
xe2x97x8f Carry out daily air quality data checks to ensure the smooth working of all their monitors
xe2x97x8f Assist in providing technical support for environmental data queries
xe2x97x8f Carry out air quality data analysis to produce crisp outcomes with sharp insights for data quality improvement
xe2x97x8f Identify sensor data errors and coordinate with the project, hardware, and O&M team for quick resolution
xe2x97x8f Prove data support to the customers over video calls, email, and messaging platforms
xe2x97x8f To ensure proper recording of all customer interactions and closure of all presented issue logs
xe2x97x8f Assist the customers with on-site remote calibration setup and demonstration and carry out remote calibration of the units post installation
xe2x97x8f Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers & Project team both oral and in writing
xe2x97x8f Commitment to documenting knowledge in the form of technical notes and articles
Requirements:
xe2x97x8f B.Tech/B.E/M.E Environment/ Chemical/Petrochemical or a strong engineering or science educational background in the Environmental domain. Freshers may apply.
xe2x97x8f Knowledge of air pollution and air quality monitoring as well as having an interest in air quality-related studies
xe2x97x8f Strong computer skills are needed to research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to customer issues
xe2x97x8f Excellent command of the English language
xe2x97x8f Ability to work 'hands-on' and multi-task in an energetic environment
xe2x97x8f Motivated, self-starter, and comfortable working and learning independently
xe2x97x8f Good oral and written communication skills.
