The CE&T Environment Manager Assistant will be responsible for coordinating the management and maintenance of our IT environments, including development, testing, staging, and production environments. The primary objective will be to ensure the stability, availability, and integrity of our IT systems and environments by facilitating smooth coordination among various teams and stakeholders. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 2 years of working experience in a DevOps area, working within a fast-paced and fast-evolving environment.
  • Proven experience in coordinating and managing IT environments within a professional environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, configurations, and dependencies. Familiarity with environment provisioning and configuration processes, including infrastructure-as-code (IaC) frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Change Management and Release Management principles and best practices.
  • Experience with environment monitoring tools and incident management processes.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration among different teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to document configurations and procedures accurately.
  • Strong understanding of various IT tools across different domains, such as project management, collaboration, service management, monitoring, and automation.
  • Familiarity with administering and configuring IT tools, including user management, permissions, and integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address user inquiries and resolve tooling-related issues.
  • Ability to create clear and concise documentation and training materials for IT tools.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES LANDSCAPE ENVIRONMENT MANAGER Environment Coordination and Planning: Coordinate the scheduling, allocation, and utilization of IT environments across different teams and projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand environment requirements and ensure appropriate environments are available when needed. Environment Provisioning and Configuration: Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to provision and configure development, testing, staging, and production environments. Ensure proper setup of servers, networks, security controls, and application deployments according to established standards and requirements. Environment Change and Release Management: Coordinate with the Change Management and Release Management teams to schedule and manage changes and releases to IT environments. Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruptions. Environment Monitoring and Incident Response: Monitor tools and processes to proactively identify and address issues within IT environments. Collaborate with support teams to investigate and resolve environment-related incidents and minimize their impact on operations. Environment Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of environment configurations, setups, and procedures. Generate reports on environment availability, performance, incidents, and changes. Provide regular updates to IT leadership on the status and health of IT environments. Environment Security and Compliance: Collaborate with the Information Security team to implement and enforce security controls and best practices within IT environments. Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards, such as data privacy and protection requirements. Environment Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders regarding environment-related activities, changes, and incidents. Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions to promote knowledge sharing and alignment. Continuous Improvement: Support and work un the opportunities for process improvement and automation within environment management. Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of environment coordination.   • Azure Cloud (Azure SQL, Azure Kubernetes Services, Azure DevOps, Azure Databricks) Bitbucket Jenkins Sonar CodeScan ALM (Application Life Cycle Management) CD/CI Cloud (IaaS, SaaS and PaaS) Management Infrastructure Change Management Experience of using JIRA/Confluence agile tool sets Agile methodology ITIL management.
Desirable Cloud Hard Skills
  • Working in Computing Platforms, Security and Compliance, Automation and Orchestration Sales & Service, Consumer Good and Commerce Salesforce Clouds Marketing Salesforce Cloud
