The role:
We are looking for Assessment Enumerators -- enthusiastic freshers or recent graduates -- who will conduct student assessments at our partner schools. This is a field-based role and requires candidates who are punctual, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with students and teachers.
Key responsibilities:
Visit assigned schools and conduct assessments for students as per the given guidelines.
Ensure accuracy and integrity in administering the assessments.
Record and submit student responses/data promptly and correctly using the given formats/tools.
Coordinate with the central team to report daily progress.
Maintain professional behavior while engaging with school staff and students.
The candidate:
Freshers or recent college graduates (any stream).
Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
Comfortable working in schools and interacting with children.
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Willingness to travel within the city to multiple schools.
Requirements:
Android smartphone for recording/entering assessment data.
Access to reliable internet/data connection.
Availability during school hours on assigned days.
Compensation:
Payment of Rs. 8 per student assessed.
Timely disbursement of stipend based on the number of students assessed.
