Job Summary

This is a

night shift job

, where you will be responsible for making

outbound calls to prospects or customers in the US

. The purpose of these calls includes

cold calling and validating leads

5-day work week

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospects or customers in the US Conduct

cold calls

and validate leads for buyers Follow established scripts, but also be able to engage customers in meaningful conversations Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Ensure high-quality service while adhering to performance and call targets Meet targets for

conversion rates

and

call volume

Maintain professionalism in all interactions
