Job Description

To manage and operate the entry and exit sections of the Color Coating Line (CCL) effectively, ensuring smooth coil loading/unloading, alignment, and proper handling to support uninterrupted line operation.

Key Responsibilities:Entry Section:

Operate entry side equipment: coil car, decoiler, pinch roll, shear, and welding machine. Ensure correct coil loading as per production schedule and line sequence. Check coil ID/OD, width, thickness, and match with job card. Align and feed strip into the line with proper threading and positioning. Assist in welding strip ends securely before passing through line.

Exit Section:

Operate exit side equipment: recoiler, coil car, strapping machine, and stacking system. Monitor coil recoiling, maintain tension, and ensure proper coil shape. Check finished product parameters (length, weight, wrapping) as per specification. Apply proper identification tag/sticker to finished coils. Safely unload and transport finished coils to the dispatch/storage area.
