Position: Entrepreneurship Development Trainer

Location: GOA

Reporting To: Project Manager / Training Coordinator

Engagement: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contractual

1. Role Overview

The Entrepreneurship Development Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on entrepreneurship, financial literacy, business development, and MSME growth under the RAMP Program. The trainer will equip SHG members, artisans, and aspiring entrepreneurs with skills required to start, manage, and scale micro-enterprises.

2. Key Responsibilities

Deliver structured entrepreneurship development modules as per RAMP curriculum. Conduct interactive sessions on business planning, costing, pricing, marketing, GST basics, and digital tools. Guide trainees in preparing simple business plans and understanding financial products (PMEGP, Mudra, MSME schemes). Facilitate group activities, case studies, practical demonstrations, and exposure to business models. Maintain attendance, training records, and session-wise documentation. Assess trainee understanding through quizzes, assignments, and practical exercises. Coordinate with the center team for batch scheduling, logistics, and training materials. Motivate trainees towards enterprise creation and connect them with post-training support teams.
3. Qualification & Experience

Graduate/Post-Graduate in Management, Commerce, Economics, Social Work, or related fields. 2-4 years of experience in entrepreneurship training, MSME promotion, financial literacy programs, or skill development projects. Experience with NRLM, PMKVY, RSETI, DDU-GKY, or similar programs preferred.
4. Skills Required

Strong training delivery and facilitation skills. Good understanding of micro-enterprise development, SHG ecosystem, and local markets. Knowledge of costing, marketing, loan processes, and government schemes. Excellent communication and presentation skills in local language. Proficiency in MS Office, digital apps, and basic MIS reporting.
5. Remuneration

As per RAMP program and organizational norms; session-based or monthly payment model may apply.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
