EIR Intern

What is an EIR Internship?
Think of it as a startup bootcamp. As an
EIR Intern
, you'll work directly with the founding team, take ownership of high-impact projects across functions (product, growth, partnerships, ops), and learn what it truly takes to build a company from scratch.
What You'll Work On:
Own mini-projects across product, marketing, growth, partnerships, and/or operations
Do rapid research, user interviews, and competitor analysis
Prototype new ideas, test hypotheses, and help scale experiments
Coordinate between design, tech, sales, and support teams
Build dashboards, write documentation, or run scrappy campaigns
Be a swiss army knife and problem solver for the founders
Who You Are:
Aspiring entrepreneur, founder, or future startup builder
Extremely self-driven, curious, and hands-on
Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
Comfortable with ambiguity and loves solving open-ended problems
Bonus: Prior startup, freelance, or leadership experience in college
