Job Description

As an Entrepreneur, you will be responsible for ideating, validating, and executing new business opportunities. You'll work closely with the leadership team to design business models, develop go-to-market strategies, and manage operations -- essentially building and scaling your own mini startup within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify market opportunities and develop viable business ideas. Conduct competitor and market research to validate concepts. Develop business plans, financial projections, and growth strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, marketing, sales, design) to bring ideas to life. Build and manage partnerships to drive business development. Pitch business models and progress reports to stakeholders/investors. Stay updated with industry trends, innovation practices, and emerging technologies.

Strong entrepreneurial mindset and leadership qualities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of business strategy, marketing, or product development. Ability to take initiative, manage multiple projects, and work independently. Creative, analytical, and resourceful approach to challenges. Familiarity with startup culture or experience in running a small business is a plus.

Qualifications:

MBA / BBA / B.Tech / Any graduate with strong entrepreneurial interest. Fresh graduates or final-year students passionate about startups are welcome.
