Ideate and implement strategies to popularize Nbyula offerings, by evangelizing international study/work abroad programs. Collaborate with college clubs, societies, event committees and communities to promote Nbyula offerings in the most optimal fashion possible. Run intra/inter campus campaigns to acquire engaged users. Initiate collaborations in different inter/intra collegiate events. Pitch to college officials and administration to forge formal collaborations/MoUs with Nbyula. Leverage Digital Media Marketing tools and strategies like Social media promotions, content creation distribution of the platform and skylifts. Research on the market, competitors and different business models. Collect feedback from students for the brand s offerings and platform s user interface, and report it. Network with current/prospective EiRoCs intra/inter campus, international alumni professionals to leverage network effects. Attend weekly discussions, review and feedback sessions. Deliver any tasks/deliverables assigned to you. Articulate learnings and insights into articles, infographics presentations. Qualify and quantify performance indicators, use digital automation tools to track them. Moderate and admin student communities on nbyula.com . Qualifications Skills: Is pursuing a Bachelors program in ANY stream, from any college/university in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Has the ability to ideate execute marketing strategies. Has good communication and persuasive skills. Has a natural flair to start communities engage its members. Has a good network in college, and is amiable and approachable. Prior or present aspiration to study or work abroad is a plus. Prior experience in contributing or moderating user-generated content or communities on online platforms like Quora, Reddit, etc. is a plus. Understanding of virality mechanics that increases the share-worthiness of your initiatives is a plus. Prior volunteering, team leadership experiences are a plus.
