Position: Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR)

What is an EiR@ Our Client you may ask? An EiR (Entrepreneur in Residence) is a misfit, a rebel, and a leader, who sees an opportunity for change everywhere he/she looks. An EiR is restless, looking for his/her next challenge while engaging with the best and brightest startups in India. An EiR is a humble, go-getter, rolling his/her sleeves up to get the job, any job done. From Day 1, you will be supported and guided by Cofounders to maximize the value to incubate your experience. He/she will be your chief advocate inside Our Client and its ecosystem. You will explore and drive strategic partnerships and expand Our Clients existing setup within the department and organization as a whole. You will also be responsible for designing and executing programming, managing logistics, and buddy mentoring.

Role and Responsibilities:

As an Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR), you will be working directly with the founders of the organization, collaborating across different domains and Lines of Business (LoBs). This role involves building a sustainable distribution network, strong communication skills, content creation oversight, and networking to establish partnerships and collaborations. AS EIR YOU WILL BE PART OF EVENTS THAT CAN BE

• Networking events

• Lunches and mixers with top VCs

• Marketing and PR opportunities

Major Dos In The Position

• Understand, work, and execute business plans and technology.

• Execute joint engineering, and go-to-market opportunities, often involving our team, partners, and customers& getting work done.

• Jointly identify opportunities for collaboration, co-creation & management of team-related work activities. 4. Advise on strategy and best practices in the industry.

Requirements

• Public speaking, presentation, business communication.

• Familiarity with modern apps and tools, including Google products, Facebook Business Suite, CRMs (e.g., Hubspot), and tools like Intercom and Hotjar.

• Oversee and moderate teams responsible for content creation, basic skills in tools like Canva, Dropbox Documents, etc.

• Build a network of partners, collaborators, clients, customers, etc. Attend networking and technical events.

Remuneration: According to experience and background.

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Dress Code: Casual Formal at work, Formal out of the office

Qualifications:

• Freshers: Acceptable

• Preferred: PG Graduates in business related field

• Minimum 0-1 years of experience
