As an EIR, you will work directly with the founding team to conceptualize, validate, and launch new products, revenue lines, or strategic initiatives. You will operate like a founder--owning ideas from conception to execution.
What You Will Do
1. Strategy & Business Building
Identify new market opportunities and propose high-potential business ideas.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews.
Build business models, GTM plans, and monetization strategies.
2. Product Ownership
Work with the product and tech teams to convert ideas into MVPs.
Define product requirements, customer journeys, and product flows.
Drive rapid experimentation and iteration based on data and feedback.
3. Growth & Execution
Build acquisition, retention, and growth strategies.
Work closely with marketing teams to execute campaigns.
Track KPIs, measure performance, and optimize for revenue & scalability.
4. Leadership & Collaboration
Work directly with the founders on mission-critical initiatives.
Manage cross-functional efforts: design, growth, tech, operations.
Ensure roadmap execution and problem-solve daily bottlenecks.
Who We Are Looking ForMust-Have Experience
You have
founded your own startup
OR worked in an early-stage startup (0-1 or 1-10 stage).
Hands-on experience across business, product, operations, or growth.
Strong analytical, strategic, and execution abilities.
Comfortable working with limited resources and high autonomy.
Ability to build and lead without titles or hierarchy.
Preferred
Experience taking an idea from zero to launch.
Strong understanding of SaaS, digital products, or tech ecosystems.
Ability to create pitch decks, business plans, or investor documents.
