Welcoming guests: Greet guests and make them feel welcome Providing information: Answer guests' questions and provide assistance Resolving issues: Address guest complaints and resolve issues Providing service: Provide service on seats, take orders, and ensure customer satisfaction Handling cash: Handle cash at the point of sale (POS) efficiently Managing inventory: Manage inventory at the POS Handling queries: Handle customer queries and provide information about movies, genres, and other amenities Handling box office and concessions: Handle box office and concessions independently Being knowledgeable: Be well-versed with movie synopses and genres
