This includes sourcing and negotiating with performers, managing entertainment budgets, overseeing event logistics, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. They also collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, to promote events and gather feedback to evaluate success.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement entertainment plans aligned with event goals and objectives.
Budget Management:
Manage entertainment budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Vendor Management:
Source and negotiate with performers, vendors, and agencies, ensuring high-quality services.
Event Logistics:
Oversee all entertainment-related logistics, including setup, staffing, and technical requirements.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to ensure a smooth event.
Collaboration:
Work with other teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to integrate entertainment into the overall event strategy.
Performance Evaluation:
Gather feedback, analyze event success, and make recommendations for future improvements.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with talent agencies, vendors, and other industry contacts.
Compliance:
Ensure all entertainment activities comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.
