We are looking for an experienced and energetic Voice Processto manage inbound and outbound voice interactions, build client relationships, and support engagement activities. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and prior experience in voice-based operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing clients.
Identify new business opportunities and generate engagement from existing accounts.
Make outbound calls to connect with prospects and explain services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing users to generate referrals.
Identify engagement or service opportunities and follow up consistently.
Convert inquiries into confirmed engagements through effective follow-up.
Achieve assigned performance targets and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Update relevant client/user information in the system (CRM).
Perform end-to-end coordination and close engagement deals.
Communicate clearly, politely, and professionally during all telephonic interactions.
Prior experience in tele-interaction roles (real estate or customer-facing roles) will be an added advantage.
Work Experience Requirements
Minimum 0-3 years of experience in voice-based processes.
Experience in telecalling, inbound/outbound call handling, or voice support.
Ability to maintain MIS reports; proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
