Handle

with potential and existing clients.
Identify
new business opportunities
and generate engagement from existing accounts.
Make outbound calls to connect with prospects and explain services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing users to generate
referrals

Identify engagement or service opportunities and follow up consistently.
Convert inquiries into
confirmed engagements
through effective follow-up.
Achieve assigned performance targets and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Update relevant client/user information in the system (CRM).
Perform end-to-end coordination and close engagement deals.
Communicate clearly, politely, and professionally during all telephonic interactions.
Prior experience in tele-interaction roles (real estate or customer-facing roles) will be an added advantage.
Work Experience Requirements
Minimum
1-3 years
of experience in voice-based processes.
Experience in
telecalling, inbound/outbound call handling

Ability to maintain MIS reports; proficiency in
