Job Description

Years of experience: 8 to 12 years, with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience operating within

identity governance and access management.

Required Criteria / Skills

Experience in working with market leading Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions

for example Saviynt (preference), Sailpoint, Okta,

Hands on experience of performing application onboarding into IGA platforms and the

configuration of access governance and associated workflows and processes such as request

workflows, user access reviews etc

Hands on experiences working in APIs (SCIM/SOAP) and configuring connectors

(REST/DB/SAP/LDAP/AD/AAD), JSONs,, exposure to AD/Azure AD, design and create workflows,

application onboarding, configure JML process, Entitlement governance (RBAC/SODs)

Experience working in the IAM - SAP integration space / understanding of SAP technologies and

platform in the IAM - access management space would be desired but not absolute.

Experience working on development, support and maintenance activity as an active member of a

devops team and working across complex Identify & Access Management (IAM) process and

procedures

Expertise in preparing the Design Document and System Requirement document.

Familiarity with API design patterns and Web Services (SCIM, REST, JSON, SOAP and other similar

protocols).

Knowledge around Authentication frameworks and protocols such as OIDC, OAuth, SAML etc

An understanding of various products of IGA platforms such as PAM, Recertification, Entitlements

Governance etc and their integration with broader security solutions in Identity & Access

Management

Working knowledge around scripting Shell Scripting, Perl Scripting, PowerShell, is desirable

Working knowledge of integration and middleware technologies like IBM Security Directory

Integrator (TDI), Mulesoft, SAP PI, IBM Sterling File Gateway, Apache Camel etc

Familiar with installation, configuration and maintenance of systems hosted in major cloud

providers such as AWS and Azure.

Good working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies having worked to deliver

across both methods.

Good analytical skills and experience with data queries in SQL, working with data in Excel

efficiently and ability to surface insights from data

Experience in medium/large-scale project implementation cycles

Confident in presenting to mixed audiences in person and virtually

Proficient in MS Office Word/Excel/PowerPoint and developing quality presentations

Team player who is willing to speak up and share what they have learnt.

Preferred Criteria / Skills

Experience in delivering at least one of RBAC/PBAC/ABAC concepts across multiple applications.

In depth technical knowledge of at least one SaaS IAM product in the market along with its

different capabilities.

Appreciation of IAM processes including application access governance, attestation, compliance

and audit controls to including SOX, SAP access governance, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)

Certifications like L200 certified in Saviynt, CISSP, CISM, CISA would be added advantage
